Neustark, a spin-off of ETH Zurich, is developing a technology and value chain that re-captures carbon from the atmosphere and permanently reintroduces it to the concrete after demolition at the end of its lifetime. Once the partnering concrete producers have carbonated the demolished concrete using our technology, they reuse it as a replacement material for mined primary aggregates.
